Please allow 2-4 business days for your tracking number to update after it’s issued through your email.

When placing your order, please ensure you’ve entered the correct mailing address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers, as we do not edit addresses once the tracking number is printed. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages being returned, so please be aware of the delivery date and adjust as needed.
If your order is shipped with the wrong address on file, it is your (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the mail carrier to update your shipping address and or reroute the order package if necessary.
Delivery Issues (Stolen, Lost or Damaged Packages)
