• air dry (except generals, you can dry there to avoid irritation/infections)
• burn a white candle dressed with hyssop, black walnut & sea salt. burn the twine in the flames, praying for removal of all negativity/evil eye/ill intent.
• continue this for 3 days straight
• once the 3 days are complete, wrap your head in white and wear all white (if possible). if you cannot wear all white for whatever reason, just make sure to wrap your crown in clean white cloth/fabric.
